CHRONIC PAIN

My passion for pleasure & pain
is inspired & informed by my journey with chronic pain.
Diagnosed in childhood, I live with a myriad of conditions that have created significant challenges in my life.
They also led to some of my greatest joys:
a passion for organic food, the development of a rich internal landscape,
& the evolution of a unique self care & movement practise
incorporating massage, yoga, dance, martial arts, circus arts & self pleasure.

My primary condition is Ehlers Danlos Syndrome,
& I have a particular interest in helping clients with similar chronic & complex pain conditions
navigate the connection between chronic pain, embodied trauma, nervous system dysregulation & emotional | mental distress,.
opening pathways to pleasure via somatic processing techniques.
